Living means INTELLECT heretical act
The man in life should "invent himself and the reality that surrounds him, know that they are acting for their actions, their decisions ,..., not following a script written by other ,...".
It 's the real you can, and not the possible becomes real.
live means to act.
To act is necessary for man to have dreams.
greater the magnitude of his dreams is his greater degree of freedom.
Poor guy who has no dreams ...

QI GONG ... it's never too late.

The quest for immortality in Chinese civilization, has always been an important aspect. Over the millennia of Chinese history, longevity, living long in full possession of his faculties - physical and mental - from natural desire, nell'indole human, has become a fundamental duty. The same Confucius (Kong Fu ZI 孔夫子 or 孔子 KONG ZI) was expressed in these terms: "... return the body to death as we received it at birth." The alchemical metaphor of the "Golden Pill," in other words, the attainment of immortality, of exceptional longevity, have committed the Chinese alchemists in search of methods or techniques that had action on human physiology that may cause slow down aging, rejuvenation, if not a regeneration or transformation. These methods became known as Internal or Inner Alchemy (NEI DAN 内丹) to distinguish it from alchemy External (WEI DAN 外 丹) who sought immortality through the preparations resulting from the processing of metals and plants.
According to the Chinese energy, to prevent aging, it is doubtful the "life principle", YANG SHENG (养生) feed that allows life (SHENG-生) of an individual and his body. The techniques of "Nourishing the Vital Principle" allows the QI (气), the stream of life or breath of life, to spread throughout the body. If any part of our body does not receive more than IQ, this area starts to degenerate. Feeding the IQ means to stimulate, repair and regenerate the whole organism. The QI circulating correctly, in the meridians and nourishes the organs is called, ZHEN QI (真气) translated as "breath Authentic" [1], or the Breath (IQ) perfect in its nature, the nature of Heaven. If puffs lose their aspect of "true" then the murmurs become perverse, XIE QI (邪气).
We can make a distinction between puffs on the basis of the order of Earlier Heaven (Xian Tian - 先天) and Later Heaven (HOU TIAN - 后天). The Original Breath, YUAN QI (or 元气 原 气), linked to the Earlier Heaven, predates the formation of the organism [2], he founded and determining the existence of a being. The set of puffs of Later Heaven can be summarized three puffs: what nourishes, retains and rebuilds, food energy, YING QI (营 气) that defends and protects, Defensive Energy, WEI QI (卫 气) that brings together and harmonises, ancestral energy, Zong Qi (宗 气) [3].
YUAN QI - The Original Breath
Yuan Qi and QI that connects us to the original source of life. Chaired by the source of the warming of the body (along the body via the Triple Burner, SAN JIAO - 三焦), the survival instinct and procreation. Wear dell'YUAN IQ causes dehydration of the tissue, the decrease in muscle tone, tighter tendons, the decrease in brain capacity, the exhaustion and, ultimately, extinction of life. All symptoms that correspond to those of cellular aging. Chinese medicine teaches that Qi is stored in the space between the kidneys. This area is called MING MEN (命门), Door of Life, or Gate of Destiny. The Qi is linked, through the five organs, the kidney itself. The kidney is called the "root of life body". The YUAN QI depends therefore by the kidneys, fortify the kidneys contribute to IQ strengthen the vitality and halt the inexorable process of aging.
JING - The Essence
Jing, the essence, the quintessence. The Essence (Jing - 精) is the basic component for the establishment of an organized life. Linked to Earlier Heaven (Xian Tian) and Later Heaven (HOU TIAN), the Essence, is the quintessence of Heaven and Earth produce man. The essence, JING, linked to heaven, authorizing the beginning of a new life and determines its nature, form the set of the fundamental substance of the representation (Earlier Heaven). Its headquarters are the kidneys. After the birth will be kept constantly absorbed by refining or distilling the essence of food (Later Heaven). Aging is no more that the gradual loss of Jing. The clear sign of the giving of this essence, over time, is none other than senility.
In conclusion, the essence, JING, is so important to the Chinese, who consider, as we have already seen, the "essential" part of the vital principle. It is so precious in this civilization that is treated as jade, stone, much appreciated by the Chinese. In ancient times, parents who decided to have a child is prepared through a special diet and the use of a special pharmacopoeia, especially exercises QI GONG (气功), to produce the best possible quality of JING to the unborn child.
Qi Gong, as able to act positively on the YANG SHENG, is regarded as a "Long Life Fitness" and its regular practice as early as possible and for life, represents for the Chinese, the best thing to do for maximum longevity. As they say: It is never too late ... And even starting the QI GONG later in life, you still feel the effects of a gradual rejuvenation.
Notes:
[1] In the definition of Authentic Puffs (ZHEN QI - 真气) the emphasis on the authenticity of the source of life: Authentic puffs are, in humans, as they are as they should be, perfect as those of Heaven and Nature. In the case of Fixed Puffs (ZHENG QI - 正气) the accent falls on the good functioning of the body. (Elisabeth Rochat de la Vallée "Notions-101 Les Clés de la Médecine Chinoise" Gui Trédaniel Ed.).
[2] In the category of Earlier Heaven IQ Original (Qi) Original Essence (Yuan Jing (元 精) are often interchangeable terms, sometimes using the appearance JING QI front, sometimes the two terms remain distinct. (Giulia Boschi "Chinese Medicine: the root and flowers" Ed Ambrosiana).

MU: Wood
The symbolism of the tree and references to the plant, although discrete, are ubiquitous throughout the classical Chinese thought and its applications, such as traditional medicine and martial arts. In TAI JI QUAN, for example, and qigong, words such as rooting, "hug a tree", are part of common practice (SHAOLIN: Small Forest). We see, therefore, some aspects that identify the timber.
Movement Wood (1) is characterized by its dynamism, the ability of outsiders as well as the ability to make and wrap. Ties to the awakening, birth, rebirth, we can define the momentum in life. " In Cycle Generating (Sheng) Elements / Movements of the Chinese tradition, the wood is generated by water and in turn generates the Fire. We can say, figuratively, that sinks its roots "in the water and extends the" branches "to the Fire. In fact, the emblem of its ideogram (MU - 木) is a plant, a tree, which is thrown up (Sky - YANG) but remains firmly rooted to the ground (earth - YIN).
Linked to the Spring (Chun - 春) (2), season of belonging, in this time of year has its maximum expression. The day is the morning dawn, the sunrise. In humans, as we have seen, is the birth, infancy. Esoterically is "out into the light," the passage of time (XIAO YANG) from the maximum of Yin (Tai Yin), water (amniotic fluid), death, the maximum Yang (Tai Yang), the Fire sun, light, life. Wood is, therefore, movement, renewal, birth, but also, by extension, rebirth, resurrection after death.
In a spatial sense, the order of the four orientations, Wood is represented from the East (Dong), (3) the cardinal point where the sun rises. And it is a sun (日) rising above a tree (木), the image of DONG, a character that identifies a cardinal point, but at the same time gives a notion of time: the dawn, the beginning of the day. "The East Wind was born in Spring" (4) and just the wind (feng - 风) is the expression, in the order of Heaven, Wood. In this human body is identified in the liver, with regard to the organ (ZANG) and Gall Bladder in the viscera (FU).

What Is Ed Harris Personality Like
nomadic and settled
of this cycle the most popular are the generation cycle (sheng) cycle and Domination (or Destruction - KE). These two cycles are particularly used in acupuncture and nutrition, as well as in psychosomatic techniques (Qigong) and similar to the "Martial Arts" classic (Taiji Quan, Xingyi Quan).
cycle generation or production (sheng): Water generates Wood (the water allows the seed to sprout regeneration, germination). Wood generates Fire (wood is needed to keep the fire burning: combustion). Fire generates Earth (fire produces ash production). The Earth generates Metal (the earth, ash, contains mineral crystallization, mineralization). The metal generates water (metals, minerals liquefy under the action of time or heat: liquefaction, dissolution).
Cycle Domination or Destruction (KE): The water extinguishes fire, fire melts metal, metal cuts Wood, Wood is nourished by the Earth, the Earth absorbs and retains water.
There are other cycles, more complex, using the Five Elements energy cycle Assault, insult or Attack (HAI): Metal, Fire, Water, Earth, Wood ... this cycle is described in chapter 19 of the Zhuang Zi and is used in energy to purify. It 'called "Cycle of Nomads" in opposition to the generation cycle is considered as the "Sedentary cycle." In the ancient tradition of the "cycle of Nomads" (PS: also traveling on foot to pronounce how to beat, assault, beat up) corresponding to the attack with weapons (metal ax, the sword), fire (The camp fire), water (the breaking of dams for flood irrigation), then the job (taking possession of the territory, earth) and finally the conquest of new territories with the help of horses (vegetation of the prairie, steppe, wind gallop, mane in the wind ...).
clearly opposes the "Select a sedentary" (CHEN gives meaning to pacify), as if the nomads had stopped or established, where the fire is the hearth, the Earth's place of residence, etymologically Home, Metal agricultural tools, water the timber well and the orchards. In this case, the elements are generated easily (Fire / Earth / Metal / Water / Wood). The sedentary then, is the man who owns a fire and a bed (a hearth and a house) while the "barbarian" is considered as in the West, without fire it home .. therefore, "without faith or law."
In practical terms, this allows us to understand that by using the "Cycle of the Five Movements" the "Five Elements" does not always have the same symbolic value ... the metal can be saber, or plow, the fire can be the home of fireplace or fire ... In some cases, the needle dell'agopuntore can be very peaceful and facilitate the movement of energy, used if the cycle is the cycle of generation, or "sedentary" or even more aggressively to combat pathogenic energy, using the cycle of assault or "nomad." It is not that much of an example of pragmatic use of classical Chinese philosophy applied to medicine. Over time, the "cycle of insults" evolves into a loop that uses the principle, more complex, the "Six Energy Devices" which was the basis of the principle of "The Twelve Meridians". In acupuncture, this cycle duodenario, corresponding to the twelve times of the year, according to Jacques Lavier, is based also on the action of the predator-invasion: invasion and massacre (metal), installation on the territory of conquest (Earth), a fire consuming what is built (or Prince Imperial Fire), desolation (Water), new traditions (secondary fire or Minister), a new civilization (Wood).
The cycle of "imperial decree" opposes the elements in pairs: Fire / Water, Metal and Wood, Earth dwelling in the middle. This cycle also called "Cycle of Explanation" (SHI) is the ancient tradition an interview with the Emperor as a result of a request. The Emperor invariably responds Si-Si (Fire), No-No (water), (Wood), No (metal). It may well bring forward the document to his advisors (the Earth). This cycle is the source of the proposition of the Ming Shi, medical treatise compiled by Liu Xi in the first century of our era, that is, about the body structure (TI), couples in the study of bones / meat (hard / soft), hair (skin) / blood (visible / invisible), front (side) / rear (back) (inside / outside), large / small (immutable / ephemeral) to to establish the unity of the body (the concept of balance, center of earth). This is a course mainly used in energy practices (Daoyin qigong) and acupuncture.
In classical Chinese medicine, these "Five Movements" are so ubiquitous in acupuncture in the pharmacopoeia in the diet, the diet therapy, massages, acupuncture in psychosomatic techniques ... as well as massage therapy use, particularly in treatments, Completion to the "Five Movements", the cycle duodenario energies corresponding to these devices, the "meridians" (pathways of energy devices), the "points" of acupuncture. As the old saying about the doctor says: "The Five Movements occur inside the Six Energies are expressed outside." To some extent, this implies that "Five Movements" are preferably used in the practices of health maintenance (diet, Daoyin Qigong self-massage ...) instead of the "Six Energies" are chiefly used in therapeutic practices (acupuncture, moxibustion, diet therapy, medical massage and mobilization, Qigong doctor ...).
Nell'energetica of Chinese tradition, the "Five Movements " (Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water) which leads to continuous changes of Yin-Yang, the world of sensible "move" according to well-defined cyclic laws.

Spells To Become A Real Werewolf Easily
Five Elements or movements? The question of rites
According to Chinese tradition the sensible world, all that we can appreciate with your senses, comes from the YANG-dell'YIN continuous transformation, the transformation of qi (气 - Breath and Vital Energy) and the transformation of WU XING (五行 - Five Elements or Movements) identified as Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water, which manifest themselves through their cycles.
In the Greek view that until the Renaissance and beyond, accompanied the Western thought, the concept was very different. There were four elements: Water, Air, Fire, Earth and each of these elements, enclosed in concentric spheres, tended to stabilize until it reaches a static equilibrium. In the Chinese view each of the Five Elements / Movements produce the next (generation cycle) and simultaneously controls the element generated by the subsequent (control cycle) or in a cyclical cosmic circularity.
At this point it is appropriate to define terms and WU XING. XING has been translated by Element / Movement: An element if we want to make the analogy with the four elements of the concept greek western movement if we are to "give the right meaning to the words." The ideogram
XING (Wieger 63 C - HSING 行) consists in his left side, an element that identifies a hand with his left foot and right side of another element that identifies a hand with your right leg. It has clearly expressed a sense of "movement". WU is the number five (五 WU), which in Chinese numerology, is the organizing principle of all that exists, the center, which collects and distributes.
The traditional representation of the organization of the five movements in high places the Fire in the Water low, left and right on the metal timber. By analogy we can tie the Fire the most yang, the South, the summer maximum of yin and Water in the North, winter. For the intervening movements: the Wood, the change from Yin to Yang, the tie in the East, the spring is metal, the transition from the YANG YIN, west, autumn. The center is the place of the observer in this organization and space-time is related to the Earth and the Fifth Season, which arises as a transition or separation, between the four seasons.
